Good Sweeteners vs. Bad Sweeteners

Here you can find the sweeteners to look for (and the ones to avoid!)

Here at Thinlicious™, the sweeteners we recommend seeking out are: monk fruit, allulose, and stevia. 

While there are many others out there and even used in mainstream products labeled as Keto-friendly, the truth is that they still have the potential to spike your glucose which we do not want! 

The ones you need to avoid are: saccharin (a.k.a. Sweet'N Low), sucralose (a.k.a. Splenda) and aspartame which is often found in diet sodas and other low/zero sugar products. Remember all products are NOT created equal!
