28-Day Metabolism Reset and Exercise

Should you introduce an exercise routine now? Can you keep following a current workout plan?

 

There is not currently a specific exercise plan to go along with the 28-Day Metabolism Reset, because 95% of your results will come from changing the way you eat, not from exercise. If you are not currently doing any sort of regular exercise, then we recommend just focusing your energy during the reset on changing your eating habits, without worrying about ALSO trying to start exercising.

However, if you already exercise regularly, you should feel free to continue your normal routine. Our full Thin Adapted System™ program, when released (coming soon!), will include recommendations for strength training to help build more muscle mass.
